Terms of Service

Kintsugi Studio is the internal production platform Kintsugi Heroes uses to make its podcast: booking guests, producing episodes, managing consent, and publishing and scheduling content across podcast and social platforms. Some pages, including this one, our homepage and our Standards & Safety page, are public and do not require an account.

Our public pages are free to browse. You may not scrape, copy at scale, or misuse them, and you may not attempt to gain access to any part of the platform that is not intended for you.

The Kintsugi Studio platform itself is restricted to authorised Kintsugi Heroes staff and volunteers. Access is granted per person and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your own account secure, and for the activity that happens under it.

Stories shared with Kintsugi Heroes are used and published only within the scope a guest or hero has consented to. We treat that trust as a duty of care, not a licence, and our approach is set out in full at our Standards & Safety page.

The Kintsugi Studio name, branding and platform belong to Kintsugi Heroes. Episode content and other material produced by Kintsugi Heroes belongs to Kintsugi Heroes, or is used with the permission of the people it features. Nothing on our public pages may be reused to suggest an endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.

We publish and link to third-party platforms, including podcast hosts, YouTube and social media services. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

Kintsugi Studio and its public pages are provided as is. We do our best to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Kintsugi Heroes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, our public pages or the platform.

We may suspend or end access to the platform at any time, including when a team member's role with Kintsugi Heroes ends, or where we believe these terms have been broken.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
